SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery, and can be used for laparoscopic treatment of true spleen cyst. For this purpose puncture of cyst is performed. Cyst content is aspirated and cytologic analysis is carried out. Protruding walls of cyst are dissected. After that, remaining internal wall of cyst is processed with plasma flow by scanning or circular movements. Output of plasma flow at current intensity 15-20 A, consumption of working gas argon 0.8-1.0 l/min from the distance 5-10 mm for 1-3 minutes until effect of "wrinkling" and light gray colour of internal cyst wall appear.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve complete de-epithelisation of residual intra-parenchymatous part of cyst, improve treatment results, eliminate disease recurrence, reduce intra- and post-operational complications, reduce post-operational bed/day, makes it possible to perform organ-preserving operations.
