FIELD: crushing or disintegrating.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises bed provided with charging hopper having the port for discharging grain, screen, driving electric motor, crusher made of a shaft mounted vertically and passing through the port in the bed. The top end of the shaft is positioned inside the charging hopper. The bottom end of the shaft is provided with the impact plate symmetrically arranged on the bottom and kinematically connected with the shaft of the electric motor. Inside the charging hopper are detachable bottom with recess located above the port for discharging grain and inclined at an acute angle to the plane of the bed and baffle interposed between the detachable bottom and the bottom of the charging hopper. The bottom section of the charging hopper opposite to the port for discharging grain is provided with a chute. The space defined by the screen receives the diaphragm which is located above the impact plate and is made of a plate with the central opening axially aligned with the shaft of the crusher. The diameter of the central opening is greater than that of the crusher shaft. The end of the crusher shaft located in the charging hopper is provided with the fitting area for securing cuts.
