SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for transportation and storage or cargoes and carriage of passengers and it can be used in frames, small enterprises, etc. proposed cargo-and-passenger car has front wheel drive, two-axle running gear with driver's cab can frame on which load-carrying device is mounted. According to invention, car load-carrying device is made replaceable, and bottom of load-carrying device is provided with guides made at angle within 0° and 9° to vertical axis, and frame has mating opposite guides made at the same angle as guides of bottom of load-carrying device.
EFFECT: provision of car with replaceable load-carrying devices which can be used with load-carrying device removed.
