FIELD: containers, particularly beverage cans.

SUBSTANCE: can has upper wall provided with specified tear line, which forms pouring orifice for beverage pouring out and consumption after tear line rupture. Closure means is made as rotary lid and has closing upper wall and means for pouring orifice forming. Closure means rests upon the can after rotation thereof for rupturing tear line. Pouring orifice is located between rotary axis and round periphery of upper wall and has dimension in radial direction equal to at least half of a radius. Opening is cut in closure means wall. The opening is shaped and dimensioned in accordance with pouring orifice. Closure means rotation results in alignment between the opening and the pouring orifice. Tearing means comprise extension formed on rotary closure means and inclined surface provided on upper can wall.

EFFECT: possibility to open orifice without closure means removal.
