FIELD: earth-moving facilities; scrapers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed scraper blade system drive includes side sections fixed and provided with locks, and middle articulated section secured on bottom and furnished with cutting blades, front undercutting blades arranged on side fixed sections and rear undercutting blades installed on middle articulated section and provided with gussets with holes for locks. Middle articulated section has drive operated by hydraulic cylinders through levers. Rear undercutting blades of middle articulated section are furnished with stops interacting with side fixed sections. Locks are made with one-side supply of oil and with spring reset. Drive is provided with position switch engaging with control lever in middle position of middle articulated section. Two-way hydraulically controlled spool is installed parallel to position switch. Control space of spool is connected with rodless space of drive hydraulic cylinder and with outputs of two-and three-position spools. Lock hydraulic control spaces are connected additionally with drain through two-position spool.
EFFECT: increased capacity of scraper.
