A movable loader with a grip and hydraulic drive cylinders is installed on the side walls in guides on rollers. The control system comprises an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, a time relay, a pressure relay, and a position switch, providing periodic reciprocating movements of the grip moving the stripped soil to the back of the bowl.

EFFECT: automatic loading of the elongated bowl by a loader, providing an increase in the volume and productivity.
