FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: main element of device is rotation angle sensor, consisting of sine-cosine rotary transformer, axis of which by sleeve is connected to axis of eccentric load. Sine-cosine rotary transformer and load bearings are placed in same body. Position of rotor is fixed by eccentric load in gravity forces field. Sine voltage is sent to winding of sine-cosine rotary transformer stator. Measured voltage is taken from sine or cosine windings of rotor. With horizontally positioned sensor, during rotation of its body around its axis relatively to fixed rotor from 0° to 360° and backwards output voltages of sine (cosine) winding built dependent on angle of rotation are practically the same. If sensor is not placed horizontally by at greater angle than 45° from horizontal,, then these curves do not math in some ways. During measurements in well body of sensor is rotated, which sensor is placed on cover of well module, by armored cable, on which well module is lowered into well. This cable due to its armor has torque. During lowering it winds out, during raising winds in. during hoisting angles of sensor rotation around its axis are measured. Received difference is compared to difference received during measurements on surface to finally determine zenith angle of well object.
EFFECT: higher precision and reliability.
