SUBSTANCE: device has electric engine connected to air forcing pump, nozzles in form of hollow diffuser with air suck-in, placed above imitator of air stripe surface. On the surface of imitator flow tank with liquid is placed, connected to measuring device through pipeline. Central aperture of tank is placed below lower front edge of air suck-in.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
