SUBSTANCE: device has operational amplifiers 2, 9, input current source 1, logarithmic 3 and linear 4 transistors T, scale 5 and normal 6 resistors R, thermo stabilizing 7 and thermo compensating 8 T, displacement current source 10 with current setting R 11 at input, R 12 and 13, forming up a voltage divider in check connection circuit of operation amplifier 9. converter additionally has also serially enabled support voltage source 14, adder 15, second and third inputs of which are connected to base and emitter of T 8, non-linear element 16, second input of which is connected to support voltage source 14, multiplier 17, second output of which is connected to output of operation amplifier 9, and differential amplifier 18, another input of which is connected to second input of multiplier 17 and output of differential amplifier is output of converter.
EFFECT: higher precision.
