PIPELINE MILKING UNIT Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture; mechanization of dairy husbandry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed pipeline milking unit contains two-chamber teat cups with additional chamber separated by diaphragm with massager from interwall space of teat cups, pulsator, claw, hoses, switch of massager with valves provided with working chamber, constant vacuum chamber and control chamber, and diaphragm connected by rod with vacuum tube valves. Valves connecting chambers of massager switch are made in form of conical conjugation. Volume of working chamber in massager switch of milking unit is less than volume of constant vacuum chamber.

EFFECT: provision of smooth operation of massagers and their quick switching off before removal of teat cups, improved process of milking.
