FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: actuator comprises connected in series electropneumatic control device which comprises limit switches, electropneumatic valves, and reverse fluidic motor whose shaft is connected with the output shaft of the actuator through reduction gear having manual doubling member and link-screw rotatable mechanism having housing, adjusting flange, screw, and device for absorbing kinematical energy of the movable parts of the actuator. The actuator is provided with a device for control of the moment maximum, which comprises pressure regulator and two flow rate controllers. The input of the pressure regulator is connected with the power source. The output is connected with the inputs of the gas flow rate controller through electropneumatic valves. The outputs of the gas flow rate controllers are connected with first and second inputs of the fluidic motor.
