FIELD: medicinal equipment, in particular, medicinal cups used for cold cupping in medicinal houses and under home conditions.

SUBSTANCE: medicinal cup is made in the form of open vessel made from elastic material with variable resiliency of walls. Vessel has truncated cone part with wall having thickness increasing toward base and bottom part, said wall and bottom parts being made integral and adapted for forcing out of air from vessel cavity upon applying of compressive force. Base has surface with width of at least 3 mm. Vessel is equipped with bead having outer and inner rounded portions with radius of at least 3 mm to base surface. Vessel bottom part has wall of variable thickness and is provided with thickened portion with flat or concave inner surface or relief surface formed by, for example, ribbed annular protrusions. Curative effect of medicinal cups may be enhanced through reinforcement made in the form of cylindrical, spherical, cubic or annular magnetic members embedded therein.

EFFECT: increased curative effect, enhanced reliability of construction, wider range of use in medicine by providing curative massaging and additional physiotherapeutic action of magnetic field.
