FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: dish is made in the form of vessel with side wall, supporting part and thin lower wall, which is plastically deformed when pressure is applied toward patient's eye to provide for washing and/or vacuum massaging thereof. Supporting part has at least two steps made integral with vessel and connected to its lower and side walls for defining bent portion making restrictor for fingers. Horizontal dimensions of supporting part exceed those of vessel. Supporting part protrusions are declined from side wall by angle less than 170 deg. Tray may be used for effectuating complex therapeutic procedures with washing and/or massaging for treatment of various chronic inflammatory eyelid diseases, glaucoma, various kinds of keratitis, chronic uveitis, iridocyclitis, scintillating scotoma.
