FIELD: gas analysis.
SUBSTANCE: method is based upon forming condensation molecular nuclei of internal gas flow from impurities or taking their participation in account, evaporating of developing and sticking condensation molecular nuclei together to form bigger nuclei of matters due to dosed heating in gas flows, forming of aerosol particles and measuring their content which specifies content of impurities. Heated gas flows together with evaporated matters are brought into common flow and supersaturation of gas mixture of matters is created and aerosol particles are formed by means of combined condensation vapors of mixture of developing matters and matters making particles bigger onto condensation molecular nuclei.
EFFECT: improved sensitivity of measurement of impurities content; widened range of materials determined by condensation molecular nuclei method.
