FIELD: analysis of gases. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with method of detection of impurities in gas stream substance is evaporated into gas stream and concentration of evaporated molecules and of clusters of substance of sensor is measured. Presence and concentration of impurities are judged by its change. Monoxide of germanium and other acid oxides of elements and substances containing them in the form of impurities are used as substance of sensor. Sensor used in device of detection of impurities in gas stream is manufactured in the form of grid or ring. Electric heater has capability of movement along tube.
