SUBSTANCE: system for controlling information concerning subscribers for use with broadcast system, providing phone services and internet services to subscriber, includes means for storing subscribers parameters, having relation to subscription of current subscriber for television services (B-parameters), and means for storing internet-parameters of subscribers, related to subscription of current subscriber for internet services, while this system for controlling information is different because said internet parameters and B-parameters are interconnected and it also has means for allowing internet access to subscriber with certain B-parameters.
