SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains cable drum connected with vehicle driving wheel 1 and disk-limiter 3 connected with cable drum. Cable drum is made up of separate members 2 being generatrices of cylindrical surface of cable drum which are designed for mounting on vehicle driving wheel and are provided with inner thread 6 and outer thread 9 for engagement, respectively, with standard bolts or nuts 4 fastening vehicle driving wheel.

EFFECT: simple and compact design, reliable and convenient operation, multipurposeness.
