FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: system of straight-flow cauldron in connection with furnace chamber has inlet aperture for water. System has at least one tubular surface of preliminary water heating and at least one tubular evaporating surface for additional water heating for making water-steam mixture. Surface of preliminary heating is positioned lower along flow relatively to inlet aperture and covers at leas a portion of furnace chamber. Evaporator surface is positioned inside furnace chamber below along flow relatively to preliminary heating surface. Method for making water-steam mixture from water includes stages of feeding water into cauldron system and system of preliminary heating of water by guiding water at least along one tubular preliminary heating surface. It covers at least a portion of furnace chamber and means for additional heating of water by guiding previously heated water along at least one tubular evaporator surface, positioned inside furnace chamber.
EFFECT: simplified construction, higher efficiency.
