SUBSTANCE: according to one version, jacket has base made from elastic material of dense structure with inner covering for contacting with individual's body skin surface, said covering having regular relief, and fastening members. Base is made in the form of jacket back and inner covering is made from collagen-containing material or butadiene-styrene rubber comprising alternating ridges and slots of different profile, with height and shape of ridges and slots in mid portion of relief complying with depth of arrangement of spine between regions of longitudinal muscles of the back. According to second version, jacket has base made from elastic material of dense structure with inner covering for contacting with individual's body skin surface, said covering being provided with regular relief. Base is formed as jacket comprising back and strip with all-cut vertical collar, central zipper-type fastener for strip and stitched plank extending along jacket strip lower edge and provided with textile fastener. Inner covering is manufactured from collagen-containing material or butadiene-styrene rubber in the form of alternating ridges and slots of different profile, with height and shape of ridges and slots in mid portion of relief complying with depth of arrangement of spine between portions of longitudinal muscles of the back. In both versions, inner covering may additionally comprise microfilaments of natural wool, and elastic material is produced from natural filaments in linen ribs fabric system.

EFFECT: increased therapeutic effect provided by simultaneous improvement of posture and massaging of individual's body skin surface.
