FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewn medical products, namely to devices for treatment of osteochondrosis, pain in the region of cervical, shoulder and collar zones. Product is made in form of a neck bandage. Bandage has anterior and posterior parts and component for fixation. Anterior part consists of the front, stand-up collar with transition ends, on the inner part of which topstitched are textile fasteners for collar doing up. Posterior part consists of the back and cut in one-piece standing collar, on the outer side of which topstitched are textile fasteners for doing up the ends of anterior part of collar. On the lower parts of the front and back, connected on shoulder cuts, processed is figure hole due to which a pocket for detachable inserts is formed between upper and lower parts of the front and back. Component of fixation ensures tighter fitting of bandage to human body and prevents its displacement during application.

EFFECT: improvement of construction, ensuring stable position of bandage on person's body and possibility of using replaceable inserts with various types of processing in order to achieve various therapeutic effects, which extends functional possibilities of the product and provision of conditions for its maintenance.
