SUBSTANCE: shaving device includes outer cutter, for example in the form of perforated plate, and clearer unit adjacent to outer cutter to which linear reciprocation is imparted. Clearer unit includes controlled primary, movable relative to it secondary clearer and mutually alternating blade members of primary and secondary clearers. In time moment of motion of first clearer relative to outer cutter secondary clearer also performs reciprocation motion lagging from motion of primary clearer. That is why blade members of primary and secondary clearers move one to other at intervals and they may grip hairs and stretch them in addition to cutting effect.
