SUBSTANCE: at least part of outer side of circular wall of outer shaving member which is opposite to circular path of cutting edges has bow-shaped form if viewed in radial cross section directed outside. Distance (by perpendicular) between farthest point of this bow-shaped part and line drawn through points of outer side of circular wall portion which are opposite respectively to inner and outer diameters of circular path is equal to 12 - 100 mm. Radial ends of plates of circular wall portion have rounding-off radius of about 0.3 - 0.7 mm if viewed in radial direction. EFFECT: improved quality of shaving and comfortable feeling. 3 cl, 5 dwg
