FIELD: timber and woodworking industries; production of gasoline-powered saws.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to timber and woodworking industries and may be used in production of gasoline-powered saws. The saw contains a gasoline engine rigidly linked with a sawing device and a frame, a gasoline tank, control handles rigidly linked to the frame, vibration insulation means made in the form of a hinge and a flat spring coupled to the frame. The space between the longitudinal shafts of the control handles makes 1.4-1.6 of the length of the saw frame. The technical result is damping of vibration in octava bands of operating frequencies 31.5; 63; 125; 250 Hz due to placement of the longitudinal shafts of the control handles in units of vibrodisplacements with zero amplitudes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures damping of vibration in octava bands of operating frequencies due to placement of the longitudinal shafts of the control handles in units of vibrodisplacements with zero amplitudes.
