SUBSTANCE: the saw has an engine, filing machine and a supporting frame coupled to it through a post, means of vibration isolation fastened on the hinge post and a flat spring connected to the frame, as well as a control handle. The length of the frame post makes up 0.55 to 0.75 of the length of the tire of the filing machine.
EFFECT: reduced vibration load on the operator, enhanced labor productivity.
