FIELD: chemical industry; production of thin profile bands out of thermoplastics.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to chemical industry and is applied for production of the long-length profile items out of plastics. The device contains an extruder with a flat-slit nozzle, two rolls mounted with a capability of counter-rotation, one of which has a profiled part, and another has a smooth cylindrical surface. The roll with the profiled part is made with the relief profile reverse counter to the necessary profile of the bend. The roll with a smooth cylindrical surface contains two ring-type grooves, which are spaced from each other by an interval corresponding to the width of the produced band. Both rolls have channels for chilling. At that the device is in addition furnished with the pulling rolls and a cutting tool. The given engineering solution allows to increase quality of production of the thin profile bands out of thermoplastics and simplifies the design of the device.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased quality of production of the thin profile bands out of thermoplastics and simplification of the device design.
