SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used for the production of roofing multi-layer heat and sound insulating piece tiles. Technological line for the production of piece roofing thermo-tiles includes the placed in series in the course of the technological process and technologically interconnected: a crystallizer with a device for receiving from the raw materials components of the feedstock for mixing and crystallizing these components and directing the resulting mixture into an automatic dryer loader, installed above the neck of an extruder with a flat-slit extrusion head; three-roll calender for issuing a sheet of infinite length; draw mechanism; device sheet preheating; device for vacuum forming and blowing a sheet for laying a sheet into molds and giving it a shingles shape; Foam filling machine with a mixing head and a table for pouring polyurethane foam into molds; conveyor consisting of two belts, the upper one of which is a pressure band for pressing the protective film, after the conveyor there is installed a punching press for separating the mold with the product formed therein, filled with polymerized foamed polyurethane from the sheet, the cutting blade being integrated in the mold for movement with it, and also having a form-return conveyor.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using the line according to the invention provides an increase in the thermal insulation and soundproofing properties of the roofing, giving the tile reflective properties, as well as increasing the productivity of labor due to the continuity of the process and the accuracy of the product.
