FIELD: aviation; safe takeoff of flying vehicles from small sites, ship's deck in particular.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes acceleration of flying vehicle 1 connected with parachute 5 and rocket by means of ropes over takeoff area. Ropes 6 and 7 connected with parachute are secured on flying vehicle by means of two drives. Ropes connecting the front part of parachute with flying vehicle are shorter than ropes connecting the rear part of parachute. Parachute is deployed by means of rocket 2-5 s after beginning of motion of flying vehicle on takeoff area which is necessary for keeping the front and rear parts of parachute at the same height; deployment is performed at angle of 30-45 deg. from line of perpendicular surface of takeoff area; after complete deployment of parachute, ropes connecting the rear part of parachute with flying vehicle are heaved-in till their length is lesser than length of ropes connecting the front part of parachute with flying vehicle. After ascent of flying vehicle, parachute is completely taken-in by means of ropes.
EFFECT: enhanced safety of takeoff.
