FIELD: machine for transporting and loading anode mass to aluminum cell.
SUBSTANCE: bin and transporting horizontal and inclined worm conveyers are mounted in self-propelled chassis. Metering device is mounted in shaft of horizontal worm conveyer for supplying anode mass from bin. Working organ is used for supplying anode mass onto surface of anode. Machine is provided with rotor mounted in outlet portion of shaft of horizontal worm conveyer. Said rotor is used for feeding anode mass from horizontal worm conveyer to inclined one. Working organ is in the form of disc thrower placed in casing. Casing includes guiding pipe and it is mounted with possibility of inclination and rotation relative to horizontal worm conveyer. Disc thrower has rigidity ribs for feeding material to guiding pipe. Height of inner part of said ribs exceeds their height in outer portion. Blades are tangentially secured to boss of rotor.
EFFECT: enhanced technical and economical parameters of electrolysis process, improved operational reliability of machine.
