FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises unit (15) for doubling phase, two narrow-band filters (16) and (18), phase divider (17), two spectrum width meters (19) and (20), comparator (21), threshold unit (22), switch (23), and second phase detector (24). The output of the amplifier is connected in series with the phase divider, second narrow-band filter, second spectrum width meter, comparator whose second input is connected with the amplifier output through the first spectrum width meter, threshold unit, switch whose second input is connected with the output of the second narrow-band filter, and second phase detector whose second input is connected with the output of the amplifier and the output is connected with the second input of the device for control and indication. The second input of the first phase detector is connected with the output of the switch. The transmitter is made of connected in series master oscillator, phase manipulator whose second input is connected with the output of the generator of the modelling code, and power amplifier whose output is the output of the transmitter.
