FIELD: material testing.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for studying and predicting of deformation process in threads and unwoven materials. Device has two clamps for sample which clamps are connected with loading mechanism via tie-rods, area movement drive, lever fixing mechanism drive and deformation measurement unit made in form of synchro transmitter. Loading mechanism is made in form of platforms provided with pins; weight is disposed on the platforms. Two-armed lever has its medium part fixed onto synchro transmitter. Mechanism for step-by-step increase deformation for specified value is introduced into the device additionally. The mechanism has synchro transmitter and lever fixed rigidly onto axis and connected with lever unit through brace.
EFFECT: improved truth of data on value of deformation.
