FIELD: dehydration of suspensions on ceramic disk-type vacuum filters; mining and chemical industries; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed distributing head has body with sector-type circular cavities connected with vacuum system in areas where cake is taken and dehydrated and delivery system in regeneration zone, sealing unit, washer rigidly secured on revolving shaft and connected with sector members and hold-down unit. Body of distributing head is made from three parallel pairs of independent sectors mechanically connected through gaskets and secured on two plate-type struts bolted together; friction contact surface of sectors is made from chemically stable friction material rigidly fastened with sectors by means of adhesive and studs; washer is provided with slide valve mounted on shaft of distributing head and provided with lower axial blind passages and radial passages. Radial passages are connected with surface of slide valve in zone of its contact with distributing sectors by means of two diametrically opposite upper axial passages. Shaft is axisymmetrically located in cylindrical passage of washer and is rigidly connected with it; it is also connected with plate-type strut by beams of anti-friction bearing unit. Contact of slide valve with washer and alignment of axial passages of washer with lower axial passages of slide valve are obtained due to hold-down unit located on shaft of head. Individual hold-down units of distributing units are made in form of U-clamps at point contact and are provided with adjusting spring.
EFFECT: increased productivity; enhanced operational reliability; possibility of performing individual control of rarefaction in cake taking and dehydrating zones.
