FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for separation of portion packs of product which is packed in elastic hose by contracting and mounting at least one closing member on hose cut owing to axial forcing out of product. Proposed device contains two pairs of overlapping forcing out screens mounted for movement towards each other symmetrically to axis of hose,. And closing device consisting of two members installed for interaction and movement towards each other. Some forcing out screens of each pair and one member of closing device are higher-connected with neck of first crank, and other forcing out screens of each pair and other member of closing device are hinge-connected with neck of second crank, radii of cranks being equal and their axes of rotation lying in at equal distance from hose axis parallel in one common plane. During operation cycle, cranks rotate around their axes synchronously in one direction from remote open position from hose axis to near closed position of forcing out screens and members of closing device to axis of hose, and then again to open positions remote from hose axis. Two sets of forcing out screens and closing device are installed on cranks preferably close to each other so that two clamps for hose cut can be installed simultaneously at a distance from each for cutting off hose by knife arranged in middle plane os symmetry.
EFFECT: provision of high capacity of portioning at smooth operation of device.
