FIELD: coke industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame with vertical guides, at least two carriages movably mounted in the vertical guides, holders pivotally connected with the edges of each carriage, load-carrying working members for cleaning the sealing frame, two working members for cleaning sides of the lining of the door mounted on each carriage uniformly with respect to its horizontal symmetry axis, and drive for reciprocating the carriages. The drive comprises chain which is mounted on the top and bottom sprockets and interconnects the carriages. Each carriage is additionally provided with at least two working members for cleaning gas-discharging passages in the door which are mounted between the working members for cleaning side of the lining of the door. The holders of working members for cleaning the sealing frame are provided with guiding members that cooperate with the outer side of the sealing frame and have adjustable arresters mounted at the edges of the carriage for control of position of the cleaning working members with respect to the sealing frame surface to be cleaned. The horizontal guide is interposed at the bottom part of the frame between the vertical guides and receives movably mounted carriage that carries the working members for cleaning the bottom door brick-holder.
EFFECT: improved design and enhanced quality of cleaning.
