FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: coke door cleaning mechanism relates to coke-chemical production and is used, in particular, in door assemblies and coke pushers. Coke furnace doors cleaning from resinous and graphite deposits is obligatory before each installation of the door for sealing of the coking chamber. Device for cleaning coke furnace doors comprises fixed on the frame a guide frame with top and bottom sprockets and a drive, a chain mounted on sprockets with carriages equipped with scrapers, two links are fixed on the carriage by bolted connection for connection of the carriage to traction chains, at the carriage edges are fixed rollers on bearings for running-in of carriage in guides of frame, wherein to reduce loads on traction chains during cleaning two rollers are installed along vertical of traction chain on cleaning element head side, for carriage fixation against transverse displacements, in its middle part the thrust roller is installed, which rolls along the vertical angle fixed on the frame, the carriage contains lever, cantilever fixed on axes, on the other side it is fixed through springs, on the console on the flange the head with cleaning elements of coke doors is fixed.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and reliability of coke door cleaning mechanism.
