FIELD: textile industry, in particular, equipment for controlling of finishing machines during treatment of fabric.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two pulsed length sensors disposed upstream and downstream of finishing machine working tool. Outputs of said sensors are connected to inputs of measuring unit adapted for measuring relative deformation extent of material. Apparatus is further equipped with seam sensor positioned at predetermined distance from working tool. Seam sensor is connected with its output end to starting input for starting of reversal length counting device adapted for determining distance to working tool. Output of measuring unit for measuring relative deformation of material is connected to inputs of units for calculating corrected values of distances to working tool and length of untreated portion. These units are connected with their outputs to data inputs, said data being generated by distance counting sensors and pertaining to distance to working tool and length of untreated portions. Input pulsed length sensor is connected with its output to counting inputs of reversal counters. Output of length counter for counting distance to working tool is connected to input of trigger and to starting input for starting counter adapted for counting length of untreated portion of material, whose output is connected with input of trigger reset. Trigger output is connected to input of actuating mechanism.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, provision for revealing fabric seam and passing it through working tools without deteriorating quality of material on shearing, calendar, measuring-rejecting and other machines.
