SUBSTANCE: device has electric down-pump mounted in a well with power cable from electric engine. Device also has operation mode set-point device, deep telemetry block with sensors of parameters of well condition and electric pump, debit measuring means, mounted on outlet line, voltage of converter, connected to control station. The latter is connected to electric engine feeding cable. According to invention into device additionally inserted are adaptive adjuster, block of dynamic model of schematic bed-well-down-pump, block for identification of dynamic model, block for identification of parameters of face-adjacent bed zone.
