FIRING ARRANGEMENT Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: the invention refers to armament and may be used in multi-charge tool of self-defense for firing low-impulse cartridges.

SUBSTANCE: the firing arrangement has a component body-magazine consisting of a left and a right sidepiece. There are between them a spring-loaded cartridge follower, a cartridge hold-up in the shape of a rotary sprocket and a bracket bearing a percussion-trigger mechanism and a trigger. In the front part of the sidepieces there is a ledge fulfilled in such a manner that lateral section of the body corresponds the longitudinal section of a graduated cartridge. The cartridge hold-up is located in a lug fulfilled in the upper part of the left sidepiece and installed in coaxial openings and parallel to the cartridge's axis on the firing line. Openings are made in the front wall of the right sidepiece and in the front wall of the bracket of the percussion-trigger mechanism. Besides the arrangement is provided with a rocking lever. Its one shoulder is installed in the bracket of the percussion-trigger mechanism and the second shoulder is kinematically connected with the trigger by means of launching fraction. The lower shoulder of the trigger has a U-shaped profile and pivotally fastened on the longitudinal ledge of the sidepieces with possibility of covering this ledge with the inner shoulder of the U-shaped profile. The launching fraction is installed in an additional lug on one of the sidepieces.

EFFECT: the invention allows to create a technological construction of a self-defense weapon and to increase comfort in using.
