FIELD: electrical engineering, applicable in automatic AC electric drive based on asynchronous electric motors, as well as in active power factor correctors.
SUBSTANCE: two trains of sync pulses of constant frequency are formed in the method, they are shifted relative each other by half the period, the upper and lower levels of current limitation, the current value of the electric motor current, it is compared with the upper and lower levels of current limitation, and in case the electric motor current exceeds the upper level of current limitation the electric motor is disconnected from the supply source, and at an arrival of the sync pulses of the first train the electric motor is connected to the supply source, and in case of a decrease of the electric motor current below the lower level of current limitation the electric motor is connected to the supply source, and at an arrival of the sync pulses of the second trains the electric motor is disconnected from the supply source. The current error of control is determined, it is integrated, if the value of the control error integral exceeds in module the preset width of the zone of hysteresis, the obtained value of the control error integral is limited from the top or from the bottom by the value of the preset width of the zone of hysteresis. The obtained value is summed up with the current level of the set-point current, and the corrected level of set-point current is obtained. The new current value of the electric motor current is compared with the new upper and lower levels of the current limitation, and the process is repeated.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of control and functional reliability of the system.
