FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has belt, belt straps over thrown over shoulders, soft wedge-like cuffs manufactured from medical oil-cloth. The belt is detachable. It is connected by means of buttonholes and buttons. The wedges are attached to the belt in frontal and back side independently of each other. Spreader unit has frontal and back part. Two lateral straps are attached to the frontal part of the belt at an angle of 60° and the central one is attached to at an angle of 90° between them. They are immovably joined with short transverse transition strap. Two short upper straps with buttonholes come from it at an angle of 70° upwards for being connected to posterior straps supporting movable strip and buttons. The posterior straps are fixed with triangles and connected to the back portion of the belt. Two cuffs go at an angle of 70° downward. The cuffs are sealed in the central part and having median strengthening patch and three strips with buttonholes for fastening to belt buttons at various distances from the center. The cuffs are elongated by means of inserts.
