SUBSTANCE: stirrups for curing children with inborn dislocations of hips and displacement of hip joints have straps for hips, spreader, belt and hangers. Belt is made for fastening. Spreader is removable. Belt, hangers and straps for hips have two layers of tapes. Non-crumpling film is put at area of hangers and hip straps. Hip straps have some ends to be sawn tightly to belt at the back for passing through under-knee pits for being fastened to belt oat front side. Free ends of straps have two pockets for placement spreader. There are also two smaller frames at free ends to change working length of hip straps.
EFFECT: improved reliability of fixation; reduced traumatism; simplified design; comfort at use.
