SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, food industry, feed mill industry and other industries, in particular, to production of devices for preparation of loose materials mixtures and is intended for utilization in feed mill industry, food industry, chemical and other allied branches of industry. The vibration batch mixer contains a cylindrical container, a stirrer and a vibrator. The container is mounted on a welded bed frame and supporting rollers, to the upper part of it one end of the central hollow leg is rigidly fixed. The second end of the hollow leg rests on an internal sliding insert in the lower part of the bottom of the container. On the hollow leg there is a mount for fixation of four carrying horizontal hydraulic cylinders, in rods of which there are threaded jaws and the connected lugs of four bodies of the vertical hydraulic cylinders. On the rods of the vertical hydraulic cylinders there are fixed four vibrators protected by hermetic boots. The technical result consists in improvement of the mixtures quality and efficiency of mixing.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improved quality of mixtures and efficiency of mixing.
