FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with windows of materials charging and discharging, accordingly, a rotor with a rotation drive made with blades, a vibrator made with a body and rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, with a drive of oscillations excitation from a crank-and-rod mechanism, the vibrator body is made in the form of a metal corrugated shell, representing a corrugated thin-walled solid of revolution, forming in the cross section of the vertical plane, along points of corrugation tops, a complicated truncated geometric figure formed by central crossing of four circumferences with centres making tops of the square, and radii equal to the diagonal of this square, and made as capable of creating a vibration field, corresponding in shape to the corrugated contour of this solid of revolution, with differently directed oscillations, inside of which in the centre there is a disc rigidly fixed in the horizontal plane with a guide stand, the function of which is to create a stable directed reciprocal movement of the stem from a reciprocal pair, formed by a guide stand of the mixing chamber bottom and the stem, of the crank-and-rod mechanism, and a cylindrical ledge made as capable of insertion and fixation along the internal diameter of the spring installed with the function of free compression/decompression in a sleeve, to the centre of the upper inner part of which there is a stem rigidly fixed, and to the centre of the upper outer part - a pusher rigidly fixed by the other end to the inner upper part of the metal corrugated shell and made with the function of excitation of oscillations of the upper part of the vibrator body. Besides, along the outer cylindrical part of the sleeve there are four symmetrically fixed ledges, the function of which is to transfer reciprocal motion to a disc made as capable of homogeneous distribution of the vibration field from the upper to the lower part of the body by means of development of homogeneous amplitude values of movements of each point in the external forming metal corrugated shell, at the moment of spring compression until stop against rubber gaskets, made as capable of softening collision of ledges with the disc.
EFFECT: implementation of possibility to create vibration field in the entire volume of the mixer chamber acting at mixed components of a concrete mix, and the field corresponds in shape to corrugated contour of 3D solid of revolution, forming in the cross section of the vertical plane, at points of corrugation tops, a complicated truncated geometric figure formed by central crossing of four circumferences with centres making tops of a square and radii equal to a diagonal of this square, with simultaneous formation of differently directed oscillations, which fully exclude availability of dead zones in the mixing chamber, homogeneous amplitude distribution of vibration impact in the mixing chamber and high-quality intensification of the mixing process of these components in general.
