FIELD: methods and equipment for separating materials by means of vibration sieve separation.
SUBSTANCE: particles of loose material are subject to separation inside vibration separator which has case provided with inlet jet, first outlet jet for unloading under-sieve fractions, second outlet jet for unloading above-sieve fractions, one or more sieves mounted inside the case between inlet and first outlet jet. Under-sieve fractions pass through sieve and leave the case through first outlet jet. Above-sieve fractions don't pass through one or more sieves and go through the second outlet jet as well as through single-frequency vibration excitation source and through at least one multifrequency vibration adapter system. The adapter system has at least one interface device mounted to have contact with sieve to pass excitation to the sieve. It also has at least one multifrequency frequency converter to pass excitation to at least one interface device and to sieve connected with interface dev ice. Interface device is used for generating multifrequency excitation after it is subject to single-frequency excitation.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of separation of thin and superthin powders; improved quality of end products.
