PNEUMATIC PERCUSSION-ACTION MACHINE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: pneumatic percussion action machine used in building, mining, machine engineering and other industry branches.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic percussion action machine includes piston provided with stepped sleeve mounted in cavity of piston and performing sliding motion on air-supply rod of housing. Sleeve has one large step and two small steps forming in cavity of piston flow-through chambers. Coaxial openings are made in large step of sleeve and slide valve is mounted on said step. In lower part of large step of sleeve there is cavity communicated with cavity of rod. In upper part of stepped sleeve there is cavity for arranging floating sleeve at axial and radial gaps with possibility of sliding on air-supply rod of housing.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved process of making and assembling parts of machine, enhanced efficiency and operational reliability of machine.
