FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic ramming contains a handle with a starting device, an air drive with an air supply pipe, a drummer with a shoe in the drive. The ramming is equipped with a cylinder fixed to the pneumatic actuator with a piston rod mounted therein with a piston that surrounds the air inlet of the pneumatic actuator with the possibility of moving along it and separating the cylinder cavity into the piston and the sub-piston chambers. The chambers with holes formed on the sidewall of the cylinder are connected to the atmosphere. The rod in the over-piston chamber is equipped with a shock absorber on the stock, for example, in the form of a spring or a rubber ring. The upper part of the piston rod is fixed to the handle with the starting device.
EFFECT: simplifying the design, increasing ease of use and safety.
