SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes vacuum distillation under residual pressure of 0.67-1.33 kPa and at temperature of 220-230°C. Distillation is carried out in presence of boric acid in amount of 0.5-2.0 % and ionol in amount of 0/1-0/2 % based on the acid mass.
EFFECT: stabilized processes of fat acid oxidation and polymerization.
