ARRANGEMENT FOR MEASURING OF TENSION OF STAYS OF SUPPORTS OF AIR LINES OF ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: the invention refers to measuring devices.

SUBSTANCE: it may be used for measuring of tension of stays of supports of air lines of electricity transmission. The arrangement has a chassis in the shape of a tube of a rectangular lateral section with three support elements. Two of them are installed on the ends of the chassis and the third is in the middle of it. At that the end support elements represent adjusting rollers and the support element in the middle of the chassis is fulfilled in the shape of a roller eccentric with a scale of diameters of the cable. A pointer indicator of displacement is located opposite the middle support element. The vertical axis of the roller eccentric is on the vertical axis of the pointer indicator of displacement. A pressure device fulfilled in the shape of a lever with a handle is installed on one of the end support elements.

EFFECT: the invention provides possibility of quick tuning of the arrangement for working with items of different masses.
