FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. The multi-wire cable tie is made in one technological operation, it contains a central wire around which there are two or three layers of wires made with a linear contact of the wires with each other, with the same step of twisting the layers, the outer surfaces of the wires are plastically deformed with a degree of compression of 7-14% of the cross-sectional area of the wire. The number of wires in a double-layer drawbar can vary from 11 to 21 when changing the diameter of the wires in the range from 0.65 mm to 3.0 mm. The number of wires in a three-layer drawbar can vary from 26 to 41 when changing the diameter of the wires in the range from 0.85 mm to 6.0 mm. The number of layers and the number of wires in the drawbar is determined by the technical requirements for the drawbar. All the cable tie wires are made of galvanized wires, the density of the zinc coating according to the COOLANT group, with a temporary tear resistance, in the range from 1770 (180) N/mm2 (kgf/mm2) to 2060 (210) N/mm2 (kgf/mm2).
EFFECT: new solution for fixing overhead power lines.
