SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at production and major repairs of internal combustion engines. Proposed stand contains electric machine as actuating mechanism and computer including series-connected internal combustion engine type selector unit, maximum values setting unit, emergency cutoff unit whose output is connected with first input of control signal shaping unit, series-connected by racing time check unit and power check unit whose second input is connected with first output of operation mode selection unit, constant parameters setting unit whose input and output are connected, respectively, with second output of internal combustion engine type selector unit and third input of power check unit, speed threshold setting unit whose input and output are connected, respectively, with third output of internal combustion engine type selector unit and with first input of speed comparison unit, fuel metering out element control unit installed for mechanical connection with drive of fuel metering out element of internal combustion engine and interface unit whose output is connected with input of fuel metering out element control unit. Output of control signal shaping unit is connected with input of interface unit. First output of metering unit is connected with second input of speed comparison unit. Outputs of pickup unit are connected with inputs of indication unit and inputs of emergency cutoff unit. Output of power check unit is connected with input of indication unit. Output of speed comparison unit is connected with input of racing time check unit. Second, third and fourth outputs of mode selection unit are connected, respectively, with input of internal combustion engine type selector unit, third input of speed comparison unit and second input of control signal shaping unit.

EFFECT: simplified design, enlarged functional capabilities of run-in and test stand of internal combustion engines.
