FIELD: fire-fighting equipment, in particular, rotary tillage tools operating on the principle of transverse rotavation of soil for laying of mineralized strips.

SUBSTANCE: tillage rotavator has knives mounted on disk and having cutting edge made in the form of spiral portion having radius increasing from minimal value to maximal value, with angle between minimal and maximal radii making 90-180°. Knives are mounted on disk so that angle between knife rear edge and rotavator rotation plane is 7-15° and are turned relative to rear edge in direction of advancement through an angle of 7-15°.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption and improved quality of strip laying.
